I need to address a growing (no pun intended) concern. Our business plan is to double the employee base from 350 to 700 in the next two years, which includes many remote offices. Can any of you seasoned IT Managers, who perhaps have been through this growth spurt, share some of the things I should be looking at from the IT perspective to meet the demands of this growing business. (ie, equipment, networking, bandwidth, etc.)
