A new TechRepublic poll asks, "What is the primary media that your company uses for its backups?

Hard disk
Flash storage"

What does your company use? Do you use one media for one kind of backup and another media for a different kind of backup? Which media do you think is best for which types of backups?

Online Backup - better than optical media

by alexander.muellner In reply to What type of storage medi ...

I'm a student and it's absolutely a must that all my files are always accessible and saved secure, so I'm using Online Backup services for quite a while now and am completely satisified with it and furthermore convinced that this is the future of data storage.

But you always should compare who's got the best offer, best prices and the most storage capacity, so I found this site while I was surfing the web, with the top ten Online Backup providers listed and reviewed:

Anyone who's interested in this topic should glance a look at this site. I used it to compare prices and found the right provider for my needs.
