I know this may seem like a generic, kind of trivial question, but I’d really like to know what other IT people use if the have more than one location that occasionally needs physical support that cannot be done remotely. I currently have 7 locations in the same city that I support and if I need to drive to one of the locations, I lug along a typical laptop bag with my 15″ laptop and accessories for troubleshooting, plus another laptop bag stocked with extra cables, cable tester, power suppy tester, rescue CD, yada, yada… Plus, when installing new equipment I have the now router or whatever & both bags. I’m thinking that if I could get one of the wheeled luggage bags that would hold the laptop and all my troubleshooting stuff, it would be a lot easier to haul around. What do others use? If you can give links to where to get it too, that’d be great! The least expensive, the better since I work for a non-profit. THANKS!
