When an IT company falls apart

by araik . Updated 24 years, 8 months ago

I am working for an IT company in Russia. For a year or so everything went just perfect. We had bgi customers and a permanent order pipeline.

At the moment the company is in a critical situation. The project flow is unstable. People are leaving and customer satisfaction is decreasing.

The problem is that the only way of getting the whole machine work is uniting all our efforts. But people have lost their commitment and it takes a couple of new projects.

Any ideas or experience in similar situations are welcome.
