Yahoo news article states that mainstream companies like JC Penny, Capitol 1, Dell (and even Yahoo!) are using spyware that installs via browser flaws

no wonder people go on rampages! look what these companies are doing. we need laws or more enforcement as we can at least stop US companies from doing this
