What does the motherboard manual say about the meaning of those red lights?

Seeing red CPU and DRAM lights on your Asrock A620M motherboard during boot can be concerning, but fear not! These lights typically indicate an issue with either your CPU or RAM, and it’s often fixable.
try the simple stuff. Double-check that your CPU and RAM sticks are firmly seated in their designated slots on the motherboard. A loose connection can sometimes cause these lights to flash. Next, if you have multiple RAM sticks, isolate the culprit. Try each stick individually in different slots to see if one might be faulty.
If those attempts fail, a quick reset of your motherboard’s settings could do the trick. This is called clearing the CMOS memory.

Informative post. I was also facing same issue with my CPU. I checked my RAM sticks and found there was some issue.
I contacted with Hardware specialist and he helps me to get out of this issue. I would also recommend to consult a hardware engineer if issue is not fixed at your end.

        Thanks

Incorrect placement of RAM can cause the DRAM light to turn on. Make sure the RAM is properly seated in the correct slots as per your motherboard’s manual. Your motherboard might need a BIOS update to support the RAM or CPU. You can check the manufacturer’s website for the latest BIOS version. Resetting the BIOS by clearing the CMOS can sometimes resolve hardware detection issues. Verify that all your components are compatible with each other, especially the RAM and CPU with your motherboard model.

Since you mentioned an AMD PSP error, it could be related to BIOS issues. Updating your motherboard BIOS might help resolve compatibility issues. You mentioned that your RAM is clocked at 4800MHz (instead of its rated 6000MHz). Unstable RAM speeds can cause crashes. Verify that your RAM is compatible with your motherboard and that it’s running at the correct speed. Consider running a memory stability test (such as MemTest86) to ensure your RAM is functioning properly.
