When I plug in my MP3 player it shows as connected, however when I go to Windows explorer, it does not show as a drive letter. The same USB port works fine to download pictures from my camera. No other USB ports recognize my MP3 player. This is a new MP3 player but the same as an old one I have that used to work fine. Now neither one show up as a new device with a letter designation. The problem is not the Disk Manager issue.
