When I receive a .htm image by email I cannot view it.

When I receive an .htm picture by email I can’t view it. All I get is a white square with a red X in the upper left hand corner.I’m using Windows XP with Earthlink for email. Can anyone help me with this?

Right click on the “white square with a red X”…

And select “open with” and then choose which application you want to open it with. Though only do this if you know it has come from a good source. If possible ask again for the document or picture just in case it was not done correctly by the sender.

is it something @gmail.com,Yahoo.com or your company email?
