When the profiles corrupted

I was giving user rights to my c: drive and F: Drive. I don’t know After some time screen become white screen. Even I can’t logon using administrator. It gives error “Your Profile was not successfully loaded. But you have been logged on with the default system profile. Please correct the problem and logoff”. I tried to logon domain administrator also. But I could not logon. This is our producation server. Please help me to solve this problem. I don’t hacve emergency disk for this server and I can see from different server network nighbourhood this server C drive. When I right click and goto properties I am not getting security button. from other server accessing this server If I double click on C drive it says access denied.
