Where are the instructions?

In the article; Quick resume tip: Lead with your skill set, Toni Bowers, Mar 10,2010 The download alludes to information not included; Here is where you?ll use the information you developed from the "Hands-on experience" section of the instructions. clearly state AND Select a section heading (from the master skills list included in this download. I cannot find either a "hands-on section OR the "master skills list" as referred to in the download.

"Do not use if you cannot see clearly to read the information in the information booklet." - In the information booklet.

"Product will be hot after heating" - on M&S Bread Pudding.

"Do not iron clothes on body" - on packaging for a Rowenta iron.

"Warning: contains nuts" - on Sainsbury's peanuts.

"Warning: do not use if you have prostate problems." - On a box of Midol PMS relief tablets.

"Do not attempt to stop the blade with your hand." - In the manual for a Swedish chainsaw.

"Do not use orally after using rectally." - In the instructions for an electric thermometer.

And one that really has me puzzled:
