Where can I find good customer service training for my IT folks?

I have landed a great job, working for the Department of veterans affairs, as a Facility CIO for the Regional Office in St Petersburg, FL. So, to put it lightly we need CS training ASAP!
I am setting up a regional training for all my sites. It will be a great opportunity to train my staff on Customer service skills and why they are so important. So, does anyone have any customer service training for IT? I would also consider, a guest speaker.
