Where did they go??

We are experiencing a big problem with minimized icons ending up behind the start bar on the bottom of the screen. Reboot generally fixes it, but is there a “fix”? I have told that this one of the multitude of “glitches” that were released with NT. We are running NT 4.0 on a medium network (350 users). There are about 30 ancilliary programs being used on the network at different times. We also have roaming profiles being used.

Any suggestions?
