where do i find help with my pc

I'm not familier with Xcel as a MB mfg.

Are the sound card and modem built into the motherboard?
If so, and XP did not install drivers, you will most likely need to disable them, and install plug in cards.

For drivers for plug in cards, see if you can identify who made the card, and go to their web site.
A good site to locate links to manufactures, and identify cards is www.driverguide.com

To identify who made the motherboard, and locate drivers for the board itself, go to either www.motherboards.org
or www.wimsbios.com
Both have tools to help identify who made the board, and links to web sites with further information.

Alternately, you may be able to identify the chipset used for each device, and download "reference" drivers from the chip mfg.
For the modem, try www.modemhelp.org
