i am using telstra bigpond broadband cable as an internet server provider in queensland australia who boast a FREE 10 megabyte personal website. after you type in tour domain site name it directs you to a heading…… to find out more about building and publishing your web page “click here” you click here and are directed to BUILDER .COM . i have regestered and STILL CANT FINDWHERE TO START BUILDING!!! like most normal builders have in very simple words >>>>>START HERE…….please advise me HOW
