Where is my Windows ME memory ?

I have Windows ME running on a couple of different machines both at home and at work. I’ve done all Windows Updates on all machines.

Here’s the problem. I boot up my systems (64MB of RAM) and go to the System Information utility that came with Windows ME and it reports that 63MB of the memory is already used up and my 2GB Windows managed swap file is already 75MB used up. What can I do?
