Netscape is based on the Mozilla browser.

I believe 7.2 still used the Mozilla location:

C:\Documents and Settings\{user name}\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\{user name}\{a string}\Cache

8.1 uses this folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\{user name}\Application Data\Netscape\NSB\Profiles\a43taksp.default\Cache

Unfortunately, in neither are you able to identify and view / store flash files like you can in IE temporary files.

The Chas is right, it is at C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\username\cache
If you can see flash files depends on if you have a flash program installed and if you are an administrator of that computer. If it is on a Win98 computer you can look at what ever you want.
But the default location of Netscape is up to the person who installs it. It could be on any drive on the local computer and all cached files could be removed when the user leaves Netscape.
