Where to Download W2K SP3 & IE6 SP1

The only way I’ve found to get W2K SP3 or IE6 SP1 has been through windows update. I would prefer to have a full download to install at will without going through update every time.

Is there a way to download these like previous SP’s? Am I missing something here?
