I recently read the hype on norton anti-virus.

I uninstalled my norton systemworks a while back and had many issues. I also noticed my used processes went from 36 to 24. I’d consider that an enormous drop. Here is my question. What is the best anti-virus software out there? Between Norton, AVG (currently using), Avast, etc. I have no clue what to use. I don’t care if its free or not. I will pay for a good program that won’t bring my system to a crawl. Everyones opinion seems different, and i have no clue where to begin
