First of all I want to say how thrilled I am to be back. It’s been a rough couple of years since I have even signed on.
I am a bit out of touch and I know nothing about Apples but a friend suggested that I look into buying an Apple desk top.
Before I went into IT I went to art school so I have always taken many pictures and have quite a collection of software (everything BUT Adobe)
I have done some animation but it almost always swamped out my old Dell Dimension 825 (Pentium 4 CPU 3.06 GHz , RAM 3.056GHz 512 MB RAM)
Rather than just go and buy the most memory they make, I thought I’d ask. I am also thinking of Adobe Creative Suite Master. And I need a camcorder too, eventually.
I am already designing a website for the owner of the condos where I lived and I have only been here 2 1/2 weeks and I am a painter.
In short I have varied interests
Anybody have any sugguestions on how to get the most for the money? Thanks
