Is there any good consulting companies which takes good care of their employees? Most consulting companies take advantage of their H1B visa workers (temporary work visa). I heard about H1Bjobs.com – it seems they pay 90% of their billing rate and claim to take good care of their employees – any one know about this company, whether it is good or bad?
If not, do u know any good consulting companies, which tries to keep their employees in one place and also pays well?
