Which industries are using mobile ordering tech most effectively for better

    by ideasbyammar ·

With the rise of mobile-first experiences and the growing demand for convenience, I’ve been noticing how different industries are integrating mobile ordering to improve user satisfaction.

Fast food chains seem to be leading the way — apps like McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Sonic have made it super easy to order, pay, and even unlock location-based deals. I’ve actually been tracking Sonic’s pricing trends across locations, and it’s surprising how much they vary.

I’m really interested in how other industries are using similar tech. For instance:

    – Are grocery stores doing anything impressive with mobile checkout?
    – How about pharmacies or even service-based industries?
    – Any great examples of healthcare, retail, or entertainment streamlining user experience with mobile ordering?

Would love to hear what others have seen working well.

I haven’t been able to get McD’s app to work. It’s bizarre and typical for MEGA COMPANIES to not worry about getting us support.

So I’m going to forget about it and go with a simple rule.

-> If it glitches, it goes to the ditches.

To mention a few other industries that take advantage of this are ride sharing (Uber, Lyft), hardware stores (Lowes, Home Depot), and grocery delivery. Never forget the stores like Target and Walmart to name a few. In addition, there is Uber Eats and others that deliver food orders from numerous dine in and take out restaurants.
