Which Internet access management software should I use?

I am using a proxy server so I need a software which help me manage and restrict internet usage by the employees. I also need to control access levels to different levels of seniuority and restrictions on some websites. Please help. I would prefer an easy, simple user interfaced application.

  I would suggest you use this simple tool. I have the same problem as you in my workplace and with using this tool now (2 months). My internet usage is very low now and I tell you! It works with me.
