I’m going to netwrok my two home pcs and run Win2K server on one. I’m a student and I want to play with the network before MCSE study next year. For home use, what NIC cards and hub/switch should I buy that get support from the vendor (ie drivers kept updated, etc. I know I could use a crossover cable, and maybe I will. The NIC cards are important to me though. Have available PCI slots in both boxes.
