The answer for whether to opt for a remote computer support or an online support is clearly depends on the situation and problem you have in. If you can manage things when someone else is explaining online, then I must suggest to go for the online support. The remote computer support can be used only when you are not able to cope with online support, because it's risky. The person other end in a remote support session can access your site wholly, hence you must use only trusted person to do the task.

There are various ways to be connected from remote devices and configure the issue. I'm a writer and currently working for an essay writing service. I work from home and hence deeply depended on my system. If it stuck with some problems, my work goes pending and hence I'm familiar with both online and remote support at times. I have good experience using TeamViewer where you could share the ID and Password to the other person who can use the same to access your device and start working. When you use TeamViewer, there is a great advantage that you can disconnect the remote access at any point of time, it helps you do the same when suspects any foul play from the other end.
