What are you trying to clarify? Do you mean telephones for small business? If you want your business to set up first and the foremost requirement is good communication system. And this is through set up of VOIP system.

maybe this one will be appropriate for you "10 strike network monitor"
it has a lot of checks to look after the network
there is one more program on their website - LANState. It also can monitor all the network hosts and, in addition, build the network topology
