My company requires a lot of documentation. These are mainly screenshots and text descriptions. We tried StepsRecorder. What do you use?

Capture screenshots on iPhone and transfer screenshots to PC

Sometimes we need to capture screenshots on the iPhone screen and transfer them to the computer. Instead of iTunes or iCloud, you can use an iOS data transfer app such as iPhone Data Transfer(http://www.iphonedata.net/iphone-data-transfer.html). This app will allow you to transfer images, videos, music files, contacts, messages and so on, from your iPhone to the computer.
And below is the link to tutorials on how to transfer from iphone:

Hey! I've been using screencastify. I find it easier to just record a video while instructing what to do than screen capturing everything. I guess it will still depend on what you'd need it for.

I just use the screen capture option on my pc and crop>save it then insert it on a word of any app that I'm creating the guide.

If it's just for screenshots, I've found Jing as a useful tool to go about this. If it's for screen recording, I'd go for Screencast O' Matic. Any software will do. It depends on which one you're comfortable with.
