Which unit test tools do you use and what level of unit test do you perform

Recently on my puzzled-programmer blog I started a series of post on unit testing. Unit tests are very important for me.
I’m wondering how important is unit testing in your development process. What tools do you use and what is the approach that you selected ? Are you more behavior driven or test driven ? Do you use mock libraries ?
