While Initializing VKD

Hi
Desktop, O/S: Win 98.
At the time of starting the computer, my Win 98 computer fails to boot and come up with an error message stating the “While Initializing VXD” and stops abrubtly…
On searching the net, I found Windows KB Q263318. But doing this also does not solve my problem.
I have also tried changing keyboards, tried DOS scan/clean etc.

ANy help to make it work is appreciated.
