I'm sorry if I am misreading something here, but are you trying to print an email? Which app throws the error, IE6 or OE6?
If it's internet explorer it may be you're encountering scripts based on a newer version of whatever handles it, java, flash, IE6 itself (for instance how it accesses the print subsystem) or what have you.
Is there a requirement to run IE6? If not you should upgrade, IE8 is much better at handling the web and it's a bit more secure.
As a test you might want to install firefox and see if you get the same errors.
Of course that would be no help it it's outlook express giving you the errors. You could try thunderbird as a test there.
Either way what you'd be doing is isolating OE and/or IE, if the problem persists it's obviously located elsewhere, meaning it's not OE or IE at fault.
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
