Who’s Online??

I have 23 units of pc connected to network with only one workgroup,,,( OS Win98 Firts Edition)(TCP/IP configured with STATIC IP ADDRESS) I am looking for a software that can monitor those PC weather it is online or not. So i can easily track the PCthat is in used….

If you know that kind of software pls tell….
