Aside from browstat (from reskit) is ther any app out, or another creative way to determine browse masters?
I have a uniquely strange situation in where I have a domain across two subnets. Seems that I cannot see or connect to (NetBT) the PDC whilein one, but not in another.
It is NOT network related, nor router related.
Seems that the browse masters have gotten screwed up somehow. This network is a mess, and has had many machines, and/or workgroups added, and no best practices followed.
I’m just trying to clean up ….
Can anyone help with a suggestion?
Need to find out why some machines have different masters, and they don’t all have the same browse list (missing a machine here or there), and can’t connect to PDC from other subnet. (cause browse list can’t see it)
