I have XP Pro, a laserjet 1020 connected USB and a few network printer installed I can print documents fine with the exception of some PDF’s. I get Spooler error when trying to print only to the local 1020. After I get the error the spooler stops and all my printer disappear. I have to cancel the pdf print job to the 1020 and reboot correct. Event log shows faulting application spoolsv.exe, version 5.1.2600.6024, faulting modulezsr.dll, version6.20.1625.0, fault address 0x0001f979. Any thoughts. I also have experienced this with the LJ1018 printing a PDF. These are host based printers.
