I recently installed windows 7 in my laptop and when i was about to install MS Office the error “only one instance of setup may run at a time” always appears. This is the first time I encountered this error message. I reformatted my system for 3 times now and it never happened before. I already tried logging off and on and even check in the task manager the msiexec.exe to remove it as been advised in some forums but when i do try to look for it it does not show even after choosing show all processes from all users…please help me
