Why can’t computer F see or be seen by computers on my Network?

by j_fourie . Updated 18 years, 3 months ago

I have 6 computers on my network all with DHCP assigned ip addresses and Manually assigned IP addresses, Computers A, B, C, are used for clients for internet access. Computer D is DHCP assigned IP and is used by the secretary, Computer E is MY PC and Computer F is the POS PC. In my network places on computers A,B,C,D,E — I see all of the computers, but not computer F. In my network places on computer F — I only see computer F, but not A,B,C,D,E. I can access all network resources from computers A,B,C,D,E by using computer names, and vice versa, but I can only access computer F if I use it’s ip address, and from Computer F, i can access network resources only if I use ip addresses.

Firewall is disabled, Computer browser service is running, I did not need to start it.

Don’t know what to do, I need to see the other computers from Computer F, in the my network places list.

Thanks J
