Why can't I search Q&A in this website

Why can’t I search Q&A in this website

I have questions and would like to know if other people have had similar problems. I search on Q & A, but I can only choose Techrepublic, not Q & A. I used to be able to choose Win98 WinXP etc but not any more, only select from tech republic!

Anyone else had this problem?
