I live in a small remote community in Northern Canada where internet technology is still quite new. We desparately need help with this problem ! Our service provider purchases broadband transmitted/received via satelite, and is channeled to subscribers by our local TV cable company. We have a few static IP addresses, but the bulk of service is supplied with dynamic assigned IP’s. Those with the static IP’s are not affected, Those with the dynamic IP’s cannot connect to ICQ, MSN, or game servers. They cannot log onto sites for online banking, shopping or even hotmail. They can only get to the main page. When logging on to banking or checking out at a shopping site they are brought to a page saying the browser may not have 128 bit encryption. We all were able to access these features 2 weeks ago, and suddenly are unable to. Hotmail can still be received though through configuring Outlook Express 5.5, but not through http at the hotmail site itself. Does Anyone know how we can solve thisissue ? Sincerely requesting help , Kenneth J.G.
