I’m playing COD4 right now and I’m amazed that even with punkbuster, some of these players find a way to cheat. You know those guys who rack up the most points, who can kill you with one bullet, and who seem to never die very much.
When they leave the game, the rest of us have a ton of fun because the playing field is even. Enter these uber guys and what’s the point of playing?
Cheating has always been a big topic with gaming. I remember when Ghost Recon first came out and the kiddie all had aimbot. Heck back with the First Unreal Tournament, and Quake there was aimbot.
Has anyone ever figured out why they cheat? Was it their mom dropped em when they were babies? maybe bad wiring? Have the cheaters ever figured out no one wants to play with them because they cheat?
