HI All. I have a user that is currently having problems when trying to print a PDF. Each time we print from her notebook it takes an age for the printer window to come up. All other programs are not affected as well as other users printing to the same printer. Also if I log on to the notebook with another user it prints straight away with no delay. If I use the users login on another system once again it prints straight away.
I have uninstalled all old printer drivers from her notebook. I haven’t uninstalled Adobe as when she goes to our other sites there is no problem what-so-ever.
I am about to deleted her profile but does anyone know of this problem and if there is another fix?
We are connected over a network printing to a HP Colour Laser. I do think that it has to be her profile.
