ASR won’t give me a full backup because according to its log, it can’t access some sections of the Registry and because of setup irregularities with my Logitech software (which works perfectly fine) . Sounds like a lot of nonsense
coming out of that program from XP PRO ? I assume that the purpose of ASR is to back up strategic files from my operating system , so that it can enable me to restore the system in case of failure. Why is it meddling with a non-essential software like Logitech and this other idiocy about not being able to access some sections of my Registry ? ASR and the Registry are part of the same OS ! I did a dskchk and no anomalies were found. I also did a Malewarebytes check and it uncovered a Trojan Dropper BCM, which I deleted.
