Why does my email signature corrupt once it is received?

By AstieD ·
I have created an email signature in Photoshop on a my imac and have supplied client with a 72dpi, RBG, JPEG file. My client has Microsoft Outlook. When he opens an email to send it looks clear, however once it reaches the receiver it becomes corrupt. How do I prevent this from happening?

Beware: Rich Text only for outlook

by TobiF In reply to Why does my email signatu ...

Outlook offers three mail formats:
HTML, Rich Text, and Plain Text.
It is specifically noted that Rich Text only works well within the Exchange/Outlook domain. So, for interoperability, make sure you rather use HTML-format.
