My “free” Dell printer delivered and driven by my Inspiron 530 looses its print connection with the CPU 2 or 3 times a month. Troubleshooting says to disconnect the printer from AC and USB turn the CPU off, reconnect and reboot all equipment. What a hassel!!!!!!!!!!!
Just looking for someone to point me in the right direction with some information, some hypothesis, some activities to try which might shed mire light on the problem. The folks at Dell have not been helpful. Windows Vista is OP system.
