I have had nothing but problems since buying my Dell Inspiron laptop just over a year ago. When iniating an email and get to the body, the first few words always jump onto the ‘subject’ line. Also on too many occasions, after typing a large email, I turn to check my notes and email disappears from screen! I have to keep saving umpteen times before finishing.
When typing from notes in a document in ‘Word’ and not looking at the screen, when I do look up, so many of my words have jumped up several lines or cannot be seen.
When I speak to Dell, they say it’s Microsoft problem, Microsoft blame Dell, The store where I bought it isn’t at all interested and has said they are pleased not to stock Dell any longer.
