My friend and I just moved her mother’s Compaq Presario. (Desk Top) It has Windows Vista. We disconnected everything and when we got it to the new location and reconnected it. Well, no power. All we seen was a green light flashing and even the fan didn’t come on. Can anyone diagnose this for me? It was working before we moved it.
