Why has a release by another author i posted been removed?

I am transparent in what I do and today I posted up a news story by an author of another website on here and it’s not showing up. i’ve not received any notifications.
Why is that the case?

It’s accepted that posting an article straight up would be promotion or spam.

Now if you have something to write or say, then you can do that (almost) without running into a promotion or spam wall.

It looked too much like an ad for some company offering cloud services. And I assume it was meant as such. So let’s leave it deleted.

Transients are very fast, nonperiodic sound events in the attack portion of the signal. The more obvious this impulse is, the easier it is for BPM Counter to detect the tempo.
