I just had Nero 9 essentials put on my computer but when I play a dvd no sound plays. The dvd quality is good but no matter what I do I cannot get any sound. I have yet to try any other things that Nero 9 has to offer but am puzzled as to why no audio/sound for the dvds that I have tried. Can you help or suggest anything. I did try the vlc player and it was fine but the sound was off but dvd and audio did play.
