why it requires restart ????

i have windows 2003 server all clients are win2k pro and i have cable internet connection with ICS&ICF shared on my server..when it is running every thing working fine..my org is 24x7 (not a call center) so i keep it running...after two to three days my network and internet will be dropped. then i will restart the server then everything works fine.again after two days the same story will repeat. why it is like that?? why it requires restart ???? any sol pls...

If you are running 2003, why are you running ICS instead of running it as a server / service... you know DNS SERVER?

Probably the ICS is not properly communicating and dropping the connection with your ISP.

DHCP is Creating the problem.. now i have given DHCP in another server problem solved..
