I am using windows 7 i have problem that icon and text right hand side had white shadow why this is appearing annoying for me pls solve this.

As this can be due to not only settings but drivers there may be no definitive driver. But if this is recent, use System Restore to undo.

If you’re talking about the text and icons on your desktop, that’s a Performance setting to turn it off.

https://superuser.com/questions/113804/removing-drop-shadow-from-windows-in-windows-7 tells more. You might need to play around with different settings and logoff/logon to get it the way you like.
