I am using Windows XP sp3 (OEM disk from Dell)and I have not been able to select a system checkpoint (there are no restore points listed)and achieve a restore. The result always says the system could not be restored to the selected date! I have not been able to use this feature as a troubleshooting solution i quite some time.
What am I doing wrong, or how can I fix this problem?
