Hello
I am thinking about purchasing a used Xerox 7700 DN. I have been testing it out first and everytime I start it up it shows a RAM ERROR. I tried taking the ram chip out and starting it up again as was suggested to me, but it still shows the same thing. Is it a fixable problem or is this unit DEAD.
I appreciate any assistance, I can’t afford to purchase a new one or the service fees of a tech to come out.
