I have recently added a 3Com SSII 462 T,IP/IPX/AT to my network and is configured correctly. Here is my problem–I can ping/telnet into this switch from every machine on my network accept my firewall computer(NT4Server SP5, MSPROXY 2). I have even manually entered the MAC address into the ARP Cache on this machine. I can neither ping the switch from the firewall nor ping firewall from switch. I have tried everything.
